The Project managers at Capital Insight Pty Ltd, have engaged Ghossayn Group Pty Ltd to carry out the demolition of a multi story building, all civil works, excavations, drainage systems, roads and carparks in this $80m project. All works was carried out in compliance with QA and OH&S Standards.

Ghossayn Group Pty Ltd was engaged by the Project Managers of Bovis Lend Lease this significant development project in the hart of Sydney. Our company undertook works that involved substantial excavation and all major civil works.

Ghossayn Group Pty Ltd have been contracted by State Wide Road Contractors to carry out all civil work, earthwork, drainage and landscaping to upgrade the M4 Freeway. All works have been carried out in compliance with QA and OH&S Standards.

The Project Managers of Civil and Civic engaged Ghossayn Group Pty Ltd to carry out various engineering projects on this $110m redevelopment of Australia’s main defence storage facility. Here we have completed earthworks, constructed major hardstand areas, drainage systems, roads and carparks. All works have been carried out in compliance with QA AS3902 (ISO9002)

This was a project where Ghossayn Group Pty Ltd carried out all structural construction of reinforced concrete, footings, piers and installation of bolts to the Roller Coaster. We also undertook complete pavement works and all civil works.

This is the site of the 2000 Olympics. Ghossayn Group Pty Ltd have been working in this area for many years, originally contracted by the NSW Electicity Commission to carry out major land fill works in thier properties and more recently in the large scale reclaimation of contaminated and water sites for other clients.

Ghossayn Group Pty Ltd have been engaged by the managers of Transfield Bouyges Joint Venture on this significant development project which was a construction of a tunnel for the Railway to link Sydney Central and the International Airport Stations. Our company undertook works that involved substantial excavation and civil works for these three major stations.

As excavation contractors in the tunnel and portal works on this major engineering feat, Our company undertook works for a period of 2 years, 24hrs a day which involved substantial excavation in hard rock & civil works in close proximity to both the Sydney Operah House and Harbour Bridge.
